Adam McEniry

Adam McEniry is a practical, value-focused lawyer at Quantum Law Group, advising founders, investors, executives, and First Nations on new ventures, immigration strategy, cross-border expansion, and dispute resolution. He structures applications, incorporations, shareholder and partnership agreements, and governance frameworks that support capital deployment, compliance, international mobility and long-term enterprise growth.
With senior leadership experience in global mining, energy, infrastructure, and socioeconomic development — including serving as founding CEO of an Indigenous economic development corporation — Adam brings strategic depth to venture creation, regulatory approvals and dispute resolution. Taking a 360 view, he provides sound legal solutions that meet the needs and expectations of business partners, investors, governments and other interested parties.
Additionally, Adam:
