Sheetal Maya Nanda is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Quantum Law Group, a firm grounded in excellence, integrity and client-centred service. She is a high-stakes lawyer and strategic advisor to elite talent, founders, creatives and leaders across technology, wellness, sports and entertainment.
Her work spans cross-border legal matters in entertainment, immigration, and sports, advising global talent and international projects across multiple jurisdictions.
She has advised on international contract negotiations and commercial arrangements spanning celebrity talent, film and television productions, media projects, sports, and book publishing deals across the UK, India, and Canada, including business and legal affairs work on major Canadian television productions.
While leading her own practice, she also served as Of Counsel to a prominent Los Angeles law firm, advising elite clients on complex Canadian immigration matters.
Sheetal’s clients include award-winning creatives, athletes, global entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals navigating international careers, productions, and commercial opportunities.
In immigration law, she was among the early practitioners advising under Canada’s Start-Up Visa program and continues to focus on complex immigration matters involving business immigration and international surrogacy cases.
She also founded and led the Sport Equity & Justice Project at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law, an initiative focused on advancing access and inclusion in sports through legal and policy engagement.
